You can display headers or footers on a single page within your document via the ‘page settings’ tab:
Please note that if you have already enabled headers or footers via the document settings then you will need to disable that setting before you can hide / show footers on an individual page basis:
If this warning appears then you should visit the document settings and disable the header / footer override
