To access the pages tab click the first icon on the left hand side:

From the pages tab you can:

Rename a Page

Duplicate an Existing Page

Delete a Page

Reorder Pages

You can reorder pages by hovering over a page title in the list, holding down your left mouse button and dragging either up or down to change the page order:

Add a New Page

Edit Page Settings
To update the page settings (background image, margin etc) you can click the third tab on the left hand side:
